
Lilactime Yoga
Currently offers three classes per week. Classes are a general level and suitable for adults of any age and ability. Students are not expected to have any level of flexibilty or prior knowledge of Yoga.
I teach Iyengar Yoga, renowned for its clear instructions and use of props, making it suitable for everyone. The practice of Yoga develops strength, stability, flexibilty and calm. There are a mix of abilities in each class and students work at their own level.
The Yoga studio was completed in 2017. It is a lovely space to teach and practice Yoga. Made using straw bales, with earth rendered walls, it has lots of natural light.
